We offer a free copy of the Holy Quran with Roman Urdu translation, delivered worldwide at no cost to the recipient, and a free mobile app featuring translations in 45 languages. 2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when submitting a request or sponsorship through our website or mobile application:

• Full name — to address your delivery
• Delivery address — street, city, state, country, postal code
• WhatsApp number — to confirm and coordinate your delivery
• Email address (optional) — for follow-up communication
• Sponsorship details — number of Qurans sponsored and dedication message (if provided)
• Message / notes — any additional requests you share with us

We also collect standard technical data automatically:

• Pages visited and time spent on our website/app (via Google Analytics)
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (country level)
• IP address (processed by Cloudflare for security and performance)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Process and deliver your free Quran request
• Contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details
• Process sponsorship payments and acknowledge your contribution
• Improve our website and mobile application using anonymised analytics
• Respond to your enquiries

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any automated decision-making.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your submitted information is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the GetQuran.co team. We use Google Apps Script to process form submissions securely. Google's infrastructure is protected by industry-standard security measures.

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Delivery partners — courier or postal services, solely to deliver your Quran
• Google — form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script; analytics via Google Analytics
• Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider, which processes IP addresses for security

All third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Mobile Application

Our mobile application (GetQuran) is available on the Google Play Store. The app provides the complete Holy Quran with Roman Urdu translation and 44 additional language translations, along with Islamic features including prayer times.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data through the mobile app. Specifically:

• No account registration or login is required
• No personal information is collected or transmitted to our servers
• No usage data, reading history, or preferences are tracked
• No advertising SDKs or third-party trackers are embedded in the app
• No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or files

7. Location Permission (Mobile App)

The GetQuran app requests access to your device's location for the sole purpose of calculating accurate prayer times (Salah times) based on your geographic coordinates.

• Location is accessed only when you use the prayer times feature
• Your location data is processed entirely on your device — it is never transmitted to our servers or any third party
• We do not store, log, or share your location
• You may deny the location permission — all other app features will continue to function normally; prayer times can be set manually

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may involve cookies — small files stored on your device. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated; we cannot identify individual users from this data.

You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent for us to hold your data at any time
