1,000 Qurans Distributed — Stories That Touched Our Hearts

When we began this journey, we had no idea what to expect. We simply believed that if we placed the Quran in people’s hands — completely free, with no conditions — Allah would do the rest. Alhamdulillah, He did far more than we imagined.

Reaching 1,000 distributed copies felt like a milestone worth pausing to reflect on. Not to celebrate ourselves — but to share some of the stories that reminded us why this work matters.

A Grandmother in Karachi

One of our earliest requests came from a woman in her late sixties from Karachi. She had been a practising Muslim her entire life but had never been able to read the Urdu translation of the Quran because she had never learned Urdu script. Her granddaughter helped her fill out the request form. When the Quran arrived, she reportedly sat and read for three hours without stopping — understanding the words of Allah in her own language for the very first time.

A Revert in London

A young man who had recently taken his Shahada in London reached out to us. He spoke Urdu at home but had only ever learned to read in English. He told us that receiving our Quran was the moment his faith truly became his own — because he could finally read what he was reciting in prayer and understand every word.

A Teacher in Bangladesh

A school teacher requested multiple copies to distribute among her students — young people who were enthusiastic about Islam but found classical Arabic and Urdu script daunting. She told us that class discussions about the Quran became richer and more engaged after the students received their copies.

What 1,000 Means to Us

Each of those 1,000 copies represents a home blessed with the Book of Allah. It represents conversations sparked, prayers understood more deeply, and hearts moved closer to their Creator. And if each copy reaches even two people — that is 2,000 lives touched by the light of the Quran.
